Metro Urban Studio with City View & Indoor Pool

Wonderful! Positive: Excellent location! Comfortable, clean room. I loved the pool, spa and sauna. Negative: On arrival, it was challenging to access the key card from the lock box, because I am short.

Clean, compact, comfortable city stay Positive: Great location, just around the corner from the tram stop, Chinatown and Bourke Street Mall a short walk away. Quiet room, clean and comfortable. Nice pool/gym/sauna and helpful staff on front desk, despite being a private booking separate from the hotel. Negative: Finding the carpark letterboxes was slightly tricky and then difficult to see the keysafe numbers inside. However, managed eventually. Mantra keycard was a little fiddly to operate in the lift and didn't always work first time (you need to insert, remove, make sure you get a green light, then press the floor number). Only way to open front door to apartment is with digital fob or typing in code, so make sure you always have your phone or the code with you otherwise you'll be locked out. The Mantra card is only for the lift and you can't go to any floors (except G) without it. Internet connection was playing up for me off and on, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge problem. You might have issues if needing to work in the room though.
