South Yarra 1BR Large Outdoor Space Near Station with Carpark

Positive: - great location. close to shops, cafes, restaurants, train station. - good size apartment for a couple. - kitchenette well equipped with everything we needed to cook/eat. - check-in process was seamless. Negative: - the host stopped communicating with me the moment I checked out. I left an expensive denim jacket inside accidentally and haven't been able to retrieve it. - the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to scratch. hair in the shower, toothpaste smudges on the bathroom vanity. I let the host know and they organised for the cleaner to return. The cleaner knocked on the door at 9.30pm to redo the bathroom!!! - the hairdryer was broken and couldn't be used. I only realised this after I had washed my hair and needed to use it- going to an engagement party. not ideal. - only given one key so me and my partner couldn't go out separately. you can't even get into the building without a key so it made our stay quite inconvenient at times. - no aircon or ceiling fan in the bedroom. only pedestlal fan.

Positive: Location was great, the size of the property was very good.

A definite gem! Positive: The place is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. I really appreciate the natural light, the balcony and the kitchen. Indeed very homey and welcoming. The area is so convenient. Close to lots of shopping centers, cafes and the train station. Go go Darling Cafe for your flat white and walk to Prahran Market for everything else. The walk is worth it. Very quiet at night so I slept quite well. Negative: I wished there were oven mittens and kitchen towels available. The heater in my room didn't work.

Comfortable and strategically located.. Positive: Spacious and have everything you need especially if you have a little ones.. Highly recommended.. Negative: It wasnt really convinient having to put the card and key back to room after checking out with a car.. Hope there's easier way however everything else is perfect.
