Southbank Stunning 2 Bedroom Apt with Carpark

A pleasant one for a short stay. Positive: Location. Proximity to attractions in the CBD region. Property management was prompt to call out when we requested replacement. Negative: Noise level as it is right next to the tram station. Sleep at night was disturbed. Some of the appliances are not working such was hood, water heater - intermittently hot and cold during showers.

Perfect inner city apartment! Positive: The location is perfect for all things in the city. Having 2 spacious bed rooms with a family is very handy. Bright, fresh apartment! Great pool. We loved our stay. Negative: Because we are used to no traffic or noise it was expected to be noisy.

Overall we were very disappointed with this apartment and would not stay here again or recommend it. We were actually co Positive: Close to transport, city and Southbank. Car park was a bonus. Easy access to apartment and car park. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean and kitchen facilities excellent. Negative: No hot water for showers for 3 days!!! Totally unacceptable in what is advertised as a “stunning” apartment. The delayed response by hosts to fix this issue wasn’t great. The bathroom is really small with laundry, toilet and shower over a small bath. The apartment is very noisy as it’s close to tram tracks and neighbours are extremely loud late into the night (3am). Double glazing on windows would help and if you open the windows there are no screens so all the bugs come in.
