South Yarra Gem: 2BR with Carpark near Station

Not enjoyable Positive: The location and the size were good and as advertised. Negative: - we couldn’t access the room when we arrived. 2 key cards were jammed into the one holder and it wouldn’t read. We couldn’t get them out of the holder. My friend had to buy a cutter from the store to try and get it out of the plastic holder. I was messaging the host and didn’t feel like the support was super clear, just said someone would come. Didn’t tell me a time or write back when I asked about that, because we lost so much time already. - the shower leaks and the pressure is terrible. Just absolutely awful. Can barely rinse shampoo out of my hair. - there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, no coffee sachets or tea bags or little milk things or anything that you’d normally get. - the mugs and glasses all looked filthy and I didn’t want to drink out of anything. I had to buy paper cups. - the blanket in the closet had faint stains on it and I didn’t know if it was clean. - my friend said the light from the window was coming right on top of his pillow where the bed was positioned - not even little a table or anything on the balcony so not sure the point of having one? - when I asked for late checkout because there’s no reception desk to store our light the host said no, even though we were delayed getting in because of their issue jamming the keys together on the holder that wouldn't read and that was very disappointing. Just zero understanding or trying to make it up to us. Felt very unhelpful. -we came from interstate for this so it was just quite disappointing and had I known, I would have stayed anywhere else

Positive: Great location, close to train to city and lots of restaurants within a short walk
