Great location with a few hiccups. Positive: Location is good for access to trams and to walk around. Safe building, swipe access only. Lots of food and shops nearby. Negative: Bed sheets were clean but extra blankets were dirty and the floors needed cleaning/vacuuming. Noisy location (but it is the CBD so expect it), walls very thin, could hear neighbors easily. Heater failed and could not get repaired while we were there. Toaster needs replacing.
